Application:
Powder true density, viscous liquid, volatile liquid, scientific research materials, and the occasions when the constant temperature needs to be kept during immersing the powder and removing the bubbles;
 
Principle:
The device is designed by adopting the Peltier Effect of semiconductor thermoelectric refrigerator and cooperating with the water cycling system, the thermal energy is leaded to radiator and dissipated into the air; the other end absorbs the heat from the cycling water to achieve the thermostatic cooling effect. The external can be connected to ultrasonic water cycling device.

 Functions:

1.It can satisfy the regulation of ASTM, GB/T, ISO, DIN and other international standards, the testing solution can be placed under the temperature condition of 15.0℃, 15.6℃, 20.0℃, 23.0℃, 25.0℃,27.0℃ to test, and the data tested will be more reliable;
2.Thermostatic controller is controlled by double PID; the temperature is controlled by PID no matter higher or lower than room temperature, the resolution is 0.1℃, it has the correct function of temperature deviation; and it has warning and output function. when the temperature is too high or too low.
3.The bubbles in viscous liquid can be removed by ultrasonic vibration, and constant temperature can be kept, and then the density, concentration value of viscous liquid can be tested.
4.The bubbles between powder molecules can be removed by ultrasonic vibration, and the open pores of powder pellets can be fully impregnated by liquid medium, and then by working with pycnometer, powder true density data can be tested.
5.All the pipelines of this device are protected by insulating sheath to keep the temperature.
6.This device and pycnometer can be used together to test density and concentration of volatile liquid.
 
Application example:
A. Powder true density:
The bubbles between powder molecules in pycnometer can be removed by ultrasonic vibration of TW-01C, and the open pores of powder pellets can be fully impregnated by liquid medium; and pycnometer can be placed in 20℃ ultrasonic water tank of water cycling device to process constant temperature treatment, and then powder true density can be tested by using following models.

B. Volatile liquid density, concentration

Specific gravity of volatile liquid relies on temperature, the pycnometer can be placed t in 20℃ ultrasonic water tank of water cycling device TW-01C to process constant temperature treatment.
