Application:
Porous solid materials, dense rubber & plastic solid materials, scientific research field; solid materials density testing when small-sized thermostatic device is needed.
 
Principle:
The device is designed by adopting the Peltier Effect of semiconductor thermoelectric refrigerator and cooperating with the water cycling system, the thermal energy is leaded to radiator and dissipated into the air; the other end absorbs the heat from the cycling water to achieve the thermostatic cooling effect. The external can be connected to the thermostatic liquid water cycling tank.

Functions:
1.It can satisfy the regulation of ASTM, GB/T, ISO, DIN and other international standards, the  testing solid can be placed under the temperature condition of 15.0 °C , 15.6°C, 20.0°C, 23.0°C,25.0°C, 27.0°C to get the data needed;
2.Thermostatic controller is controlled by double P.I.D., the temperature is controlled by P.I.D. no matter higher or lower than room temperature, the resolution is 0.1°C, it has the compensation function of temperature deviation; and it has the warning and output function when the temperature is too high or too low.
3.All the pipelines are protected by insulating sheath to keep the temperature.
 
 
Key measuring points:
According to the provisions of testing environment in GB/T, ISO, ASTM, DIN, JIS
1. For constant temperature control of impregnating solution (degassed distilled water), it should be placed under the temperature condition of 23±0.5℃ or 27±0.5℃.
2.For constant temperature control of impregnating solution (other degassed liquid medium), it should be placed under the temperature condition of 20±0.5℃.
 
Application example:
A. Can work with other brand (such as METTLER, SARTORIUS, SHIMATSU, etc) to process constant temperature treatment for liquid medium, and then test the density data of solid materials.
                                                                                
 
 
 
 
 
 
 BStandard testing method for dense materials:
Can work with TWD dense materials tester to test density, volume and mixture ratio of materials.
1.Set the temperature of TW-01D to 23℃
2.Test the sample in-air-weight and get m1.
3.When the temperature reaches the standard, put the sample on the measuring tray in water and get m2.
4.The testing data will be showed directly.
 
 
 
 
 
C. Standard testing method for porous materials
Can work with TWD porous materials tester to test bulk density, porosity, oil content and other data.
1.Set the temperature of TW-01D to 23℃
2.Test the sample in-air-weight and get m1.
3.According to the international standard, process water-proofing treatment, and then test the sample in-air-weight and get m2.
4.When the temperature reaches the standard, put the sample on the measuring tray in water and get m3.
5.The bulk density and other testing data will be showed directly.
